A LITTLE ABOUT THE MINISTRY...
"'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’" - Matthew 22:37-39
We believe that we are instructed to put God first and then others before ourselves. However, we are still called to be mindful of ourselves and our own spiritual, emotional and physical wellness.
We believe that if everyone were to "Be Third", ALL would be blessed.
Consider this: if God (the one who created and controls all things) is first in your life and you serve others (as instructed and demonstrated by Jesus Christ) and if everyone else were to do this; you are thousands of people's second priority...instead of limiting yourself by just being your own first priority.
It is far better to have the support and encouragement of your Heavenly Father and your brothers and sisters in Christ than it is to go it alone with a false hope for the future.
A LITTLE ABOUT WHAT WE DO...
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." - 1 Peter 4:10
We believe that we are instructed to put the "Be Third" mission into action by serving all people through a ministry of support, encouragement, education and philanthropy.
Current on-going missions include:
- Pastoring and teaching at Golden Beach Community Church in the Lake of the Ozarks area of central Missouri.
- Serving as a Chaplain in the community for residents, first- responders and those in need.
- Providing spiritual and emotional support for those on palliative or hospice care as well as to their families and caregivers.
- Offering a "chaplain-on-call" service for anyone in need that may not otherwise be connected to a local church or ministry.
Our Pastors and Chaplains are ordained, trained, background checked and maintain a Letter of Good Standing within the States they serve.
